Not the right fit? Return it within 30 days.

30-day returns

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

How to start a return

1. Email support@innogoodies.store with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible once opened — we’ll let you know if that applies.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
